"Finetone staff did a wonderful job coordinating with the manufacturer for the repair of my damaged 18-month-old ReSound rechargeable hearing aids and replacement of my nonfunctioning hearing aid charger, that were all under a 3 year warranty. Chris and Angela were very friendly, helpful and professional in their assistance of mailing off, and setting up the hearing aids and charger when returned. There was no charge by Finetone or ReSound for the work. My hearing aids are as good as new and my charger is new! I am extremely pleased with the service provided by Finetone staff and ReSound. I highly recommend Finetone for any hearing aid purchase or repair needs you may have."
